Whisker Warriors, a new foster-based rescue with roots in the Interlake, is now accepting foster-home applications to give local cats a second chance. Founded by Winnipeg Beach’s Judy Shaw and three other cat advocates, the group brings 50+ years of combined rescue experience and is moving toward registered charity status.
